Intro A wrestling vampire? Why, yes indeed! Professional wrestling is full of outrageous gimmicks, and a vampire is not unheard of... but most people don't expect it to be true. David Heath, alias Gangrel or "The Vampire Warrior" takes advantage of that to travel the country, always on the move.
Personality Boisterous, with a cool swagger and a cheerfulness that may seem incongruent at first glance, Gangrel is the sort to enjoy eternal life despite the price he has to pay. His motto is "Want some, get some -- bad enough, take some."
Appearance A few inches over six feet in height, Gangrel is also round-faced and thickly built. But there's muscle under that "puffy pirate shirt" or black leather vest. His eyes are a vivid, pale blue, and his curly blond hair is worn long. His complexion varies from pale to ruddy, depending on how recently he's fed. His vampire fangs are almost always visible -- especially when he laughs, which is often.
Interests Gangrel has given a lot back to the sport of pro wrestling, training newer talent and sharpening the skills of those who face him in the squared circle. He also enjoys stories -- listening to them and telling them.
Family His human family has long since passed away, and the vampire who turned him is gripped by wanderlust that similarly rules Gangrel as well. The two fellow wrestlers that Gangrel turned into vampires, who made up The Brood alongside him originally, have moved on to more notable careers. He is, more often that not, without family.

PERMISSIONS
Backtagging: Yes. (No thread or top-level is too old.)
Threadhopping: As you please.
Fourthwalling: Gangrel was on TV in the late nineties and early aughts, so recognizing him from that is fine.
Offensive subjects: None come to mind.
Hugging this character: Yes.
Kissing this character: Yes. (He may take it as an invitation to get... bitey, though.)
Flirting with this character: Yes.
Fighting with this character: Yes.
Injuring this character: Yes.
Killing this character: No.
(Beheading him would permanently kill him. Staking him in the heart renders him in a death-like state until the wooden stake is removed.)
Using mind reading abilities on this character: Yes.
Signs of Inhuman Nature: Gangrel's body is generally at room temperature, and his heart rate is almost imperceptibly slow. There is no inherent scent to him that would clue someone in to his vampiric nature, although he will smell strongly of blood after feeding.
Because it's considered part of his "vampire gimmick", Gangrel rarely bothers to hide his fangs. His blue eyes sometimes appear to glow when his bloodlust is particularly strong.
